Project #3 Presentation

1 comment:

  1. Hey Leslie,

Nice slide show. It's very thorough. Also, it states right away on slide #2 the main point about PBL (to me) and that is that project based learning activities are not projects created at the end of a unit of study, rather they are created while learning during the unit of study. They foster greater authentic learning and retention of the skills taught. They are interest based and fun. These are important differences between PBL and project oriented learning where a "regurgitation of knowledge" takes place, versus a presentation of mastered research, thoughts, ideas, questions, answers, and creation made by the students.

Anyway, thanks for the slide show!
